If you've tried buying OPS PC modules from China, you know the gauntlet: dozens of Alibaba storefronts that all look identical, factory salespeople who only respond to questions during their working hours, and resellers who add 20–30% margins while adding zero value.
Meanwhile, distributors in Russia, the Gulf states, and Latin America face a specific problem: they need certified products (EAC for Russia, full CE for GCC, FCC for the Americas) with predictable lead times, in mixed quantities, with someone who actually replies the same day in English they can understand.
ShenzhenOPS exists for that gap. We're not a factory pretending to be a service. We're a Shenzhen-based service that works with established factories — and we're transparent about it. Our value isn't in being the cheapest source; it's in being the reliable one.
How we work.
We operate as a brand and an export service. Standard products ship under our SZO series, engineered with Shenzhen partner factories that have collectively shipped over 100,000 OPS modules globally with CE, FCC, RoHS, and EAC certifications.
For orders of 50 units or more, we offer white-label production: your brand name, your SKUs, your packaging, your spec sheets. ShenzhenOPS doesn't appear anywhere in your end customer's experience. NDAs signed before any specification exchange.
For smaller orders, products ship under the SZO brand from stock or with 15–25 day lead times. We support mixed-SKU containers, pre-shipment QC photography, and consolidated freight to your nearest port.
What we won't do.
We won't pretend to own a factory we don't. The OPS modules we ship are built by experienced makers here in Shenzhen — we're proud to work with them, and we'll tell you so to your face. Want to visit the line while your order runs? We'll set it up.
We won't take your deposit and vanish. The person you start talking to — usually me, Vincent — stays with your order through production, QC, and the day it ships. No hand-off to a stranger halfway through.
And we won't sell you something that isn't right for you. If your project needs something the standard SZO line doesn't cover, we'll either build it for you, or point you to a supplier who fits better. Honesty compounds. Lies don't.

My name is Vincent Yu. I'm the person who replies to your WhatsApp, signs your PI, and stands behind every shipment that leaves our partner factories. I'm not a faceless sales desk that disappears once you've placed your first order — you deal with me directly, every time.
I've spent over a decade in Shenzhen's display and OPS PC industry — first on the factory side handling production planning and QC, then on the export side helping distributors in markets where Chinese supply chains feel opaque. I started ShenzhenOPS because I kept watching the same problem repeat: good products from competent factories failing to reach competent buyers, because the link in the middle was either greedy, dishonest, or absent.
My approach is simple and a little old-fashioned: tell the truth, reply quickly, ship on time, never play games with quality. If a part isn't in stock, I say so. If a price won't move below a number, I say so. If a deadline is unrealistic, I say so before you place the order, not after.
I work from Shenzhen, Monday–Saturday, 09:00–19:00 GMT+8. I read English fluently, write it well enough, and have a Russian translator on standby for technical discussions.
