Will this work with my existing Microsoft Teams Rooms certified display?

Most likely yes — but Teams Rooms certification is display-dependent, not OPS-dependent. We can ship Windows 10/11 IoT with Microsoft Teams Rooms pre-installed for orders of 20+ units. Send us your display model and we'll confirm certification compatibility.

What memory and storage do you ship by default?

Default sample configuration may vary by project. DDR4 / DDR5 memory options and 512 GB to 4 TB storage options can be confirmed at order time, depending on CPU platform, motherboard version, and project requirement.

Can I get this with the Russian Cyrillic keyboard layout for EAC markets?

OPS modules don't ship with keyboards (the host display provides input). However, we ship pre-installed with Russian language pack enabled and EAC compliance documentation in Russian on request.

Will it fit my interactive flat panel?

Yes, if your panel has a standard OPS slot. This module uses the 80-pin JAE TX25 connector defined by Intel's Open Pluggable Specification — the same slot used by Hisense, Newline, Promethean, ViewSonic, Samsung (PIM-S), Sharp/NEC, BenQ, Seewo, and Maxhub. What operating system comes pre-installed?

Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC by default (10-year support, ideal for unattended deployments). We can also pre-install Windows 10/11 Pro or Ubuntu 22.04 LTS at no extra charge — just specify when ordering.

Can it drive two displays at once?

Yes. HDMI 2.0 (4K@60Hz) plus DisplayPort 1.4 run simultaneously — useful for a primary signage panel and a secondary touchscreen, or daisy-chained video walls.
