Common Questions

FAQ for SZO-OPS-N100.

Will it fit my interactive flat panel?
Yes, if your panel has a standard OPS slot. This module uses the 80-pin JAE TX25 connector defined by Intel's Open Pluggable Specification — the same slot used by Hisense, Newline, Promethean, ViewSonic, Samsung (PIM-S), Sharp/NEC, BenQ, Seewo, and Maxhub. If your display has an "OPS slot," it slides in. Not sure? Send Vincent the model number on WhatsApp and we'll confirm within hours.
Is the N100 powerful enough for 4K video signage?
Yes — the integrated Intel UHD Graphics handles 4K@60Hz video playback comfortably for typical signage content (MP4, MKV, image slideshows, HTML5). For dual 4K output or 4K video conferencing, consider the SZO-OPS-i5-12G instead.
What's the difference between SZO-OPS-N100 and OEM-branded N100 OPS modules I see on Alibaba?
The hardware is similar (same CPU class, same form factor). The differences are: (1) we can provide certificate documents upon request, with final scope depending on model and shipment market, (2) we provide single-point-of-contact support, (3) we offer 50+ unit white-label production, (4) we provide pre-shipment QC photos every order.
Can this be customized with my brand logo?
For 50+ unit orders, yes — we offer Tier 1 (logo etched on chassis + custom SKU labels), Tier 2 (full white-label with custom packaging), or Tier 3 (custom hardware) production. See the OEM/ODM page for details.
What displays is this compatible with?
Any interactive flat panel or large-format display with a Standard OPS slot (JAE TX25 connector). This includes most major brands' IFP product lines from 2014 onward. If you have a specific display model in mind, send us the model number and we'll confirm compatibility.
What's the typical lead time?
For stock SZO-branded units and project configurations: typical lead time is 15–25 days from deposit to shipment from Shenzhen after final specifications are confirmed. White-label production adds 7–14 days for branding and packaging proofing on first order; repeat orders run on the confirmed production timeline.
